Jody Schara

We are excited to announce that Jody Schara has joined TSE Brakes as the Director of OEM Sales. With over 24 years of experience, including more than 13 years in the heavy-duty transportation industry, Jody brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His extensive background includes working with trailer and suspension OEMs, aftermarket, and fleet sectors, as well as experience in construction tools, medical devices, and engineered specialty components.

Jody’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His professional journey has included key roles at industry-leading companies, as well.

Outside of work, Jody enjoys watersports, snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, and attending sporting events. A former competitive bodybuilder and member of waterski show teams, he has also played in the Indoor Football League for the La Crosse River Rats. Jody values family time with his wife, their two sons, and their rescue dog at their home in Wisconsin.
