Elena Romero

We are pleased to announce that Elena Romero has joined TSEBrakes as our newest Supply Chain Manager. Elena brings with her an impressive background, with over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry. She has a wealth of knowledge in production, new product development, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics management strategy.

Prior to joining TSE Brakes, Elena was an MP&L Manager at Magna International, where she successfully led efforts in production planning and scheduling, inventory control optimization, standardization of work, manufacturing performance analysis, and staff development and training. Her experience in these areas will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Elena holds an MBA in Industrial Administration from the Universidad de Ingenierias y Ciencias del Noreste and has completed additional certifications, including APICS and Green Belt, Six Sigma, from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her strong academic background, combined with her practical experience, positions her well to make significant contributions to our team.

Outside of her professional life, Elena enjoys spending time outdoors walking and running, and also likes cooking Mexican food. She is excited to immerse herself in TSE’s culture and values and is eager to contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of our operations.
